A lot of autonomy Bonus guarantee for the first 13 weeks (unless its changed)

Do not take a AE role with vestis (canadian linen) August 2025 they fired the majority of their North America sales force (approx 3000 people) with only 2 weeks severance regardless of tenture and we were told they were removing the position entirely and focusing on improving the service, which whilst I was one of those people, made sense because the service was terrible. Jan 2026, I got a message from a recruiter for the same role (as I didnt bother posting them on my LinkedIn), I politely declined.

This review is based solely on having the GM that I had. I had trust, autonomy, some control over schedule. Pretty good base pay, vehicle stipend, phone and gas card

Cons

Total chaos when I arrived coming in every direction. Poor logistics with product coming back and forth from wash facility in PDX. ++HORRIBLE HR++
