      Pros

      VPP values culture and the people you work with reflect that. Great balance of smart, hardworking and fun people throughout the entire organization.

      Cons

      VPP is a fast growing organization and you may need to pivot and work outside of your normal remit to get things done. I value that but might not work for everyone.
