Pros

Exciting projects. Productive teams. Very nice coworkers. Chill and layback working environment. Great work and life balance.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for engineers to travel between the SF and NY offices.

Pros

Coworkers are smart and motivated. Work life balance is pretty good. Able to make a direct impact on my team and product. Opportunity for personal growth if you want it.

Cons

Rapid growth has led to a lot of problems, especially communication between different departments. Engineering team is split between offices which also causes issues.

Pros

1. Great work/life balance. 2. There isn't a lot of bureaucracy, and operates more like a start-up. If you have ideas and is willing to take initiative, you can make a huge impact. 3. Work with an awesome and talented crew. Co-workers love to hang out. Weekly in-office happy hour. 4. You will become a pro at ping pong and be fed daily. 5. Lots of snacks, healthy and unhealthy. 6. Very open office environment. Standing/sitting desks. 7. Daily push-up/squat brigade.

Cons

1. Things/processes are not as organized, thus always looking for people who can take initiative to improve the company. 2. Could get lost when there are lots of things going on at the same time. 3. Could use more employee education budget for conferences, classes, training, etc.
