      - Most of the colleagues were very friendly and helpful, - Lots of different things to work (easy to switch the teams) on and lots of opportunities for you - Skills matter more then politics or experience - Good direct management (you feel like you're definitely on the same team) - Not many unneeded meetings or other time-wasting activities - Regular off-site team-building activities! - Good atmosphere
