I have worked for the Vi for almost 8 years and every day I enter the doors of our community I feel so blessed and proud to be a part this organization. The Vi is truly a unique and special hidden gem where diversity abounds inside a workplace where its culture profoundly reflects the company's stated values of integrity, compassion, and excellence. Resident and employee satisfaction are the heartbeat of our daily work life, which allows me to feel valued as both a person and employee. Vi's salary and benefits, as wonderful and competitive as they are, pale in comparison to the opportunity I have to work daily with our residents, for it is these "golden warriors", with all their life experiences and great wisdom, that truly gives meaning to my work and to my life.
