Pros

People are nice. Good benefits. Opportunity for good work/life balance depending on your role.

Cons

Bad HR - no transparency of pay/level, no DEI efforts, no performance reviews (which means employees have no defense against being screwed), no org charts, no clear advancement paths. They rely on employees being "down for anything" rather than making the company make sense.... and there's 1000 employees. The structure of the organization is nonsensical. Roles are split between Europe/Israel and the US in a way that causes everything to move 10 times slower than it should. I saw probably 6 reorgs in various parts of the business in 6 months. It's not a place for top product & engineering tech talent to thrive - the product and engineering orgs have way too many people to be that disorganized. The sales and operations side of the business seem better, but still the company overall is all over the place. Volatile hiring then layoffs. Overall, I wish I hadn't taken the job.

We’re sorry that your experience was not positive. We are determined to continue our efforts for anti-racism, diversity and inclusion but we are already proud of empowering Employee Resource Groups, partnering up with organizations like the Posse Foundation, and offering corporate volunteering.

Pros

The schedule is flexible for the most part and it does have great benefits and PTO. It’s also very convenient and reassuring to be able to work remotely.

Cons

Since COVID hit, all of us employees have been forced to take on greater workloads and have nothing to show for it. Even with inflation hitting as bad as it has been, we haven’t seen a single penny raise. I’m all for going above and beyond, but only when I am recognized for it, as I believe you should act your “wage”. I have the capability to do great things for this company, but they’re going to lose myself and many others very soon if things don’t change.

Over the past two years, we’ve all had to pivot and step up: thank you for your contributions during a challenging time. We do not provide automatic pay adjustments, as we reward individuals when they're ready to earn a promotion. Please reach out to the People team if you need any support understanding career growth criteria.

Great for some, not for most

Pros

Inspiring mission and really smart people across the organization.

Cons

No work-life balance or respect. Teams are lean/understaffed. Managers don't seem to get the training they need to support their team so ICs are left to figure out a lot on their own without any real guidance or resources. No feedback, zero transparency, always wondering if what you're working on will actually be valued since favoritism is rampant.
