Very stressful work environment since it's a correctional environment. Need to have very thick skin and ability to work under large amounts of stressful times.

Flexible hybrid schedule. Coworkers are good people

Cons

Hybrid schedule is very strict, no room for growth if a position isn’t currently available, lots of “upper” manage aka too many VP positions. Yearly compensation increases are lower than cost of living adjustments and can’t/don’t keep up with inflation
