I'm sorry you felt the need to submit a negative post with no real tangible comments I can act upon. I have never heard that a DSP's job is "easy". It is typically described as a calling that requires commitment, dedication, and care that so many incredible DSP's provide throughout the United States and I am grateful every day. We are funded through the State of Ohio which does not allow us to compensate DSP's what they are worth, but we are constantly trying to change that. I find it odd that you mention dirty homes when that was completely under the purview of your position.

Thank you for your post, I really appreciate it. We are working diligently to be able to provide raises. Unfortunately, being government funded with no increases in funding and operations shut down due to the Pandemic make it virtually impossible. Thank you so much for all you do for so many in need!
