Pros

Flexible schedule, very rewarding career opportunity. Great local team who are dedicated to patients and families. Competitive pay with other hospices.

Cons

Gas reimbursement is horrible, PTO practically nonexistant. Position in Linton is very part time and this is a hourly position. This should be a PRN SW position. In the year I was here we only had 3 admissions. Company works from the top down. Higher up management mentality is do as I say not do as I do. No jeans even for office staff yet CEO comes to ribbon cutting ceremony in Jean's. Push marketing like crazy but won't provide any marketing tools other than pamphlets.

We actually have a great PTO program and reimburse mileage at industry standards. It appears you don't have a firm grasp of industry standards. We do require our clinicians to wear scrubs which is only appropriate and professional. We have an extensive marketing plan which is considerably more than pens and post-its. We are very lucky to have a great Linton team so there is no doubt we will be successful in that market!

Pros

I love working with our individuals. Pay is good. I enjoy bonuses when our site gets one. A lot of recognition from upper management which is encouraging. Upper management not afraid to work the floor and get their hands dirty as well. Really like excellence is a choice program.

Cons

A lot of work sometimes you may lose your patience with work load. Pay raises may be helpful as well for those people who stay for a long time. Other than that great company to work for.
