Pros

A great company with a genuinely supportive management team. It’s a safe environment to learn, make mistakes and develop professionally. The culture is very collaborative and everyone is willing to help each other, which creates a strong sense of teamwork and shared growth. Lots of roles constantly opening so there is room to pivot and management are open to that.

Cons

The industry is challenging, with LEO satellite providers rapidly gaining market share and reshaping customer expectations. While Viasat and other assured satellite solutions remain highly relevant particularly for secure and mission-critical use cases they face increasing competition and may not achieve the same level of commercial dominance as LEO networks.
