      - B2C, global, product that actually has added value for users - Massive user base - Backed by Rakuten - Non-hierarchical - Low employee turnover - Great transparency and open communication - Employees are able to make a true impact to the product and strategy - Hybrid work model (2/office, 3/home) - Amazing people!! - Great executives team - Allows professional and personal growth

      - The brand is not strong in Israel and may be perceived by others as unattractive

      Strongly recommend on this company, the quality of people is unique and smart, professional managers and great people.

      Cons

      The work is around the clock, but I wasn't work there for a lot of time, maybe things were changed.
