Lack of professionalism.

Pros

If you are looking for a place where you can call you own shots/hours this is the place for you.

Cons

The trend seems to be work as little as possible in the office. With numerous amounts of young parents/employees there is a lack of work ethic, most managers are either watching tv/internet at their desks or eagerly seeking the door to return home. There is very little urgency to rebuild a suffering brand.

Pros

People are great and the product is really awesome. Work/life balance in some groups can be ok. Used to have very good benefits. Used to have a very fun culture.

Cons

Drastic cuts to benefits. Management doesn't listen to feedback from employees and it results in a lot of people leaving. Pay is well below market for most positions and most are asked to do tasks well above their role. Many departments are understaffed. Management is not very transparent and it causes a lot of rumors. Very little opportunity for advancement. A lot of the work hard, play hard culture is gone and now it's just work hard.

Pros

Great work environment. The people are amazing and its a fun place to work. Since the company is small you are able to really explore different departments and collaborate.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for job growth. They also don't pay very well.
