Pros

Built a great connection with my BCBA supervisor, lots of mentorship and support. I have grown a lot through this role and experienced a lot of wonderful moments with clients and families. Genuinely enjoy the work.

Cons

Staffing changes can be sudden. Frequent systems changes in the last 2yrs.
