almost everyone straight from academia. the path to make a product is messy. the idea that we will solve hard AI is a joke. we apply ML techniques the same as the rest of the industry, and there are competitors with better hardware. we struggle to find customers and we struggle to meet demand because the robots don't work as well as they should. the company is getting really weird about evaluating employees internally.
