      Okay place to work but too much politics behind the scenes.

      Pros

      Salary and community are decent. Everyone gets along well.

      Cons

      Too many upper management employees. I stopped trying to count the number of VPs in this company. The person that a department reports to changes constantly and with each change comes a new way of doing things and new standards to meet.
