Pros

Victoria's Secret is a great place to work if you need flexible hours. I am a college student and the company was very flexible with my availability.

Cons

One small issue I had with the company was the fact that they give you on-calls. You may be scheduled for an on-call every day over the weekend and end up working none of them.

Experience Depends on Direct Managers

Pros

I had good direct managers and I also had bad direct managers. My feelings about my experience were directly tied to my interactions with those individuals. In a retail environment it's easy to feel supported but also very easy to feel isolated. You can't judge other experiences from just one.

Cons

Feeling isolated when having issues with management.

Pros

They give you new products to try and keep or purchase for a very low price, like $5.

Cons

The call in scheduale was annoying.
