      Pros

      You can gain immense knowledge and retail experience at various store volumes and transferring can be easy if you are in the right district. If you like a challenge and are open to working in a very structured environment then this is the right employer for you. :)

      Cons

      With so many policies and procedures it can be a bit stressful making sure not only are you following guidelines but you are encouraging others to as well. If other members of the management team are not, it can feel a bit uncomfortable. :(

      Difficult job, but provides excellent sales experience

      Pros

      Because it is a well-known fact that every position at Victoria's Secret is demanding and requires a lot of attention to detail, many other retail stores will see it as a definite plus on your resume, knowing full well that working at Victoria's Secret is a very difficult job to undertake.

      Cons

      There's an extremely high turnover rate, and as a result, they mass hire at a time so that new employees get very little hours or very bad hours (I once worked a shift from 4AM - 11AM). In addition, as I mentioned before, the job is very demanding and oftentimes thankless.
