      Pros

      fun, fast paced, decent benefits, learning the limited brands way of management will make you a hot commodity to other retailers.

      Cons

      communication and technology poor, needs more organization. sales staff is not always recognized for performance. career advancement is limited, no on-going training for managers.

      Pros

      I was encouraged to share my ideas often and was allowed to take creative control over many projects in the store.

      Cons

      I still make just above minimum wage after over 3 years of working for the company. It makes me feel very disposable.

      Pros

      Management recognizes good work with praise as well as with more hours on the schedule and opportunities to move up. Perks are nice, discount was 30% off regular-priced items, and every time a new product was released, whether it was a new bra or new beauty product, employees received it for free. Only worked there a few months and I received several free bras and free VS lotions and body washes. Employees also eligible to receive discounts at Bath and Body Works.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure to meet sales goals for merchandise and credit cards. As with most retail jobs, hours aren't easy, especially since the store is frequently rearranged in its entirety, which involves a number of employees working extremely early or late shifts (while the shopping center is closed) every few weeks.
