Pros

get first dibs on sale staff discount employee of the month scheme we read good reviews and give praise to each other girl job so good atmosphere develops interpersonal skills a lot

Cons

set shifts are supposed to improve work life balance but they do the opposite because they’re only flexible when management want them to be. so long to take time off or swap a shift SAM system doesn’t work very well.
