Pros

The managers are all motivated and knowledgeable. Given the location, all managers spoke Spanish as a second language and were able to assist Spanish-speaking customers. The monthly deal/ discounts made me appreicate the merchandise at VS more and found love for the brand

Cons

Being a minimum wage job, lots of team changes and turnover. Great for a first job

Pros

I loved this job because of the great perks, compensation, leadership, and training we received in such little time that I worked there.

Cons

They push for sales so make sure you have the outgoing personality that they require or else you’ll be stuck at the registers. Do good in sales and selling the Victoria Secret credit card and you’re golden.
