Victory is a fantastic company offering premium products to homeowners at a reasonable cost. There are tons of opportunity to grow within the company and your role. The company prioritizes reps mind body and soul. Provide a company vehicle, 401k, and full benefits. The culture in the office is second to none and impossible to replicate. The company provides trip to Cancun, or leadership summits are incredibly planned and put together.

Cons

The job is HARD, being able to mitigate outside stressors and leave those issues at the door are mandatory.

Great company and supportive culture. Everyone will help and provide guidance and the skill of the senior management and leadership team is incredible! You learn from the best. High earning potential and fast growth

Cons

Sales isn’t easy. There are tough long days that you come up short, this is a company for pessimists or dwellers. A “go getter” optimistic attitude and high work rate are fundamental. If you throw in the towel easily or look for shortcuts this won’t be a good fit
