Pros

When you have a great team, you can rely on each other to help reach overall goals together.

Cons

Upper management seems to want to blame employees when there are overall bad months, or foot traffic. Changes the minimum goals for commission levels during holiday season killing morale while traffic metrics were down.

Work-life balance overshadowed by toxic environment for women

Pros

Work life balance was only positive

Cons

-boys club environment — if you’re a woman, don’t bother having an opinion or idea because you won’t be heard -if you are a new mom who returns from maternity leave, to be laid off and then a man takes your job even though they are “getting rid of the job” -everyone just looks to please ceo. Nobody tells him the truth just whatever he wants to hear
