Pros
The commission plan was lucrative. My manager was good mentor in my sales career. The customer base was fun and unique.
Cons
The salary was not enough for the ground work needed to launch this territory. Less training time. 5 weeks was too much. It is crucial that a sales rep works his territory the first 3 months to open maximum opportunities to maintain a decent compensation after VTI guarantee has concluded
