Pros

Company expects its employees to make miracles with out training them or guiding them in proper way. Company expects a lot from its employee and in return will not give anything back.

Cons

While entering the company they will ask all previous documents and do verification, but when we leave the so called Videojet they don't bother to provide you the relieving letter on time or they would never even provide the relieving letter. I left Videojet three years back and still I haven't received the relieving letter. Every time when I fallow up they give some stories. Literally this company is playing with the careers of employees. HR is just worst..........

Pros

Pay and benefits are great. Be prepared to sell your soul in order to succeed. Don't plan on anything other than a like level employee if you have a family or expect to have a life outside of VideoJet.

Cons

Management places unrealistic goals based off of the "yes sir" mentality. Don't assume just because you are mid 30's with no family and don't mind working 80 hrs a week that your employees do as well. Remember we work to live, not live to work. Videojet forgets that consistently.

Pros

Very few. Most of the pros have been or will be taken away. Benefits are ok

Cons

High stress passed down the chain. Very negative fear driven "motivation " communication is almost non existent. What communicating is done is poor . The morale is at an all time low and many are seeking to jump ship before it sinks. The MBA program is a joke. People with masters and NO experience walk in like they own the place and destroy everything in their path trying to get to the next level with as little work as possible
