      1) On time salary 2) Nothing else

      Cons

      1) Huge discrimination between sales and service people. 2) No respect for the service guy. 3) No work life balance. 4) Low paid job. 5) All the rules are implemented for the service people to harass them. 6) Telecallers are useless and they often misbehave with the field employee.
