      Pros

      Great if you love facing customers. Interesting role with plenty of travel involved. The company does look after its employees well.

      Cons

      Traffic can be an issue on occasion.

      Pros

      I have mixed emotions about Videojet. When you are in management good books it is generally a good place to work. They try and motivate everyone with incentives like FitBits. But when an individual goes above and beyond this seems to go unnoticed.

      Cons

      Certain members of the management team CANNOT manage. They are all talk and no results. Their department fails in every way (numbers and morale) and this seems to be ok? It is very demotivating to be a part of.
