Good company for beginners, good product.v good salary.company try to show and follow Danaher principle..

Cons

No leaders only bosses.. No decision taken by bosses only KPI..No team spirit only individual performance..every Dept have there director but no synergy as they have to do there own KPI.

Salary & incentives good, Danaher policy good, sports & other activities, picnic arrangement, team lunch & dinner, work in so much pressure.

Cons

No personal life while working here, don't get leaves approved & it will laps after a year won't even get pay for pending leaves, very partial, no value for employees who work on extreme level for the growth of company, selfish seniors. Non Co operative seniors.

Cons

Close to infamous A14 with some delays experienced when accidents happen but this should improve when the new road is finished. People not pulling their weight and getting away with it.
