      Experienced employees who have survived the ongoing layoffs and outsourcing have a great sense of humor

      Cons

      agism, management interested in kaizen and making change for the sake of making a change to legitimize their existence. Has become typical multi-national completely beholden to shareholder and top management

      Pros

      Great co-workers and a dynamic environment . Good technology constantly changing. It's a job, which, is better than not having one.

      Cons

      Managers hire family and friends and have different standards for them compared to other employees. Managers take care of their best interest first, then look after their relatives and friends. Promoted managers lack the education and experience for their job.
