Pros

I cannot think of any other pros except on-time salaries

Cons

- High hopes quickly turned to disappointment due to limited growth opportunities. - Career advancement often relies more on connections than merit, fostering frustration. - Favoritism in promotions creates a toxic work environment, undermining teamwork. - Talented employees are frequently overlooked for promotions due to bias. - Concerns about discrimination in promotions raise doubts about diversity and inclusion. - Many employees feel undervalued, leading to decreased morale across the team. - The workplace is stressful, with unrealistic expectations and minimal management support. - Difficulty in maintaining a healthy work-life balance due to constant pressure. - Overall, it lacks the supportive and equitable environment needed for professional growth.

Pros

Company car, gas card you can use for personal use, commissions and bonuses. Received $3,000 sign on bonus. Put you up in nice hotels when you travel. They send you to classroom training.

Cons

Understaffed. Micromanaging continues to get worse. You are sent for training then get no in the field on the job training and don't see the printer you went to training for, for months 6 or more. Then you are expected to go and repair things you know next to nothing about. Constant schedule changes, makes the customers upset and you have to try and smooth it over. It's very hard to juggle. No clear directions. Get in trouble for doing things the way the company trained you. Constantly feel like you are playing a game with the rules always changing. Very little room to move up in the position.
