There are no pros of working at this company

Cons

Sales department runs the service department. Quality of product and customer concern have long gone out the window. Only concern is gauging customers with over inflated service contracts and jamming a far from ready virtual software program down customers throats. What was a technical job turned into a forced sales job with no where near achievable numbers. Management in head office is a revolving door of MBA's that abandon their "mission" within the first year. Employees are overworked, treated like garbage. The only chance at advancement is sucking up to management

- Have wide range of product and reputed name due to danaher. - Many big customers

Cons

- Had a name of DANAHER, that is also gone - Travel policies for Sales people are below industry level - there is no respect for field sales team, only office people or favorite people are encouraged for growth by leaders. - back office support team actually acts like boss rather than support.
