Pros

Team oriented environment with helpful members

Cons

Very poor management and department structuring. Managers had favorites and broke many promises for promoting growth.

Pros

1- Pay is more than average compared to market. 2- The more ownership you take the more you learn.

Cons

1- Quality of development work is not good (same as it happens in most of the product companies' India offices) 2- Who gives Quantity is valued more than who gives Quality. 3- Team has to work with employees at different geographies, meeting hours are random. Eats your personal time. 4- Operates in facilities and infra of it's sister company Esko. No cafeteria, limited facilities. 5- Unlimited work from home for few employees (conscious partiality between employees) 6- I joined here to work for long time and grow with company but less opportunity to accomplish if you have such dream.

Pros

Pay and insurance are decent

Cons

This is NOT a Danaher run company which instills integrity and employee relations. The employees run in circles to ensure they are out in front of everyone else, doing whatever they can to outshine their peers. Meanwhile management dangles the carrot in front of their star pupils while others are passed over. Management cares only about their "next big move" within the Danaher circle of operating companies. Their temperament is short and institutional. Best Place to Work? A common joke among employees; anyone can buy an award!
