      Some good people around, specially lower ranking

      Cons

      Lots of company politics, hire & fire, some really bad managers. The company really makes impulse driven decisions regarding many things, hiring and firing being one of them. There is not much thought given to a robust job plan, what drives to easy firing of very good people based on manager whims. Evaluation 360 is something unknown to the company, or in fact of any degree, usually HR decisions are taken by a single person based on personal feelings

      Very fast growing company. Good people.

      Cons

      Salary raises budget are set to 3% of the total salary for a group divide up among the group. If you have a small highly skilled group you are set to 3% every year without any room for more advancement.
