Pros

Ability to move around and make a name for yourself if you are proactive and driven. The culture is pretty good. A young company but well-funded and established.

Cons

Senior Management couldn't be more out to lunch and misaligned. Products need a lot of work and are tough to get behind if you are in Sales. Pretty below average with salary compared to the rest of the industry.

Pros

-Great group of people, very friendly and overall ton of talented individuals. -A very promising future for the company, with tons of growth potential. -Pretty good work/life balance, much improved from the early days (which were more stressful, yet also more exciting). -Decent pay for Baltimore, not compared to bigger cities. -Real opportunity for creative input at any level. Honest dialogue is capable for any position, even from the most junior level to the executive level. Good ideas are valued. -There is a much better sense of focus now, compared to a year or two ago. The company goals are clear and organized.

Cons

-Not always the most efficient org structure. Sometimes there are two (or more) leaders with nearly the same responsibility, it can create "who is running the show" confusion. -Not always clear senior management knows who the smart people are. There are some professional BSers, which is fine for sales, but obnoxious for roles where you expect someone to do real work and contribute. -Not a lot of opportunity for promotion, unless someone leaves. Not surprisingly, several talented people have left or are considering leaving. Threatening to leave seems to be the best way to move up the ladder or get a raise. -The advertising industry is not exactly life fulfilling, though the technology side is industry-leading. -Most of the stuff that is annoying, e.g. office politics, exists at every company and is worse.
