      Pros

      Employees are very friendly. Work hours are very flexible to manage the balance between family and the work schedule. Innovative idea comes for engineering in every work sprint. Work is challenging. Management and marketing team is great to keep the company growing.

      Cons

      The company does not contribute to employee 401K plan.

      Pros

      -Smart people, good culture in most offices -People are serious about their jobs and responsibilities, but also know how to relax -Lots of opportunities and relatively flat in terms of seniority. Ideal opportunity for junior-mid level hires to really shine and move up the ladder -CEO and some of the exec team are very strong and set a good vibe

      Cons

      -Upper-middle management is bloated (lots of Directors with no clear role) -Some real stars in many departments that end up picking up too much of the workload for less ambitious colleagues. Many slackers with years of tenure. -401k policy, office events, and other HR-related items are improving, but still a bit behind expectations.
