Pros

-smart, driven people -willingness to help you learn, grow in your career -ability to see a problem and go solve it, allowed to dig in and get it done -politics and boundaries of jobs rarely get in the way -CEO truly cares about the people - "walks the talk"; a hard driver of results but fair and compassionate

Cons

-challenging for internal systems/processes to keep pace with fast and dynamic growth of the business -must be adaptable to change as it's constant here; if uncomfortable with it, not the place for you -downward communication is also challenged due to this; hard to keep up! -several managers are new to managing and learning the art; well intended but ramp up is in play.

A company adrift...

Pros

Clients can always depend on the sales team to provide them with a good time. The company is in a growth segment of the online ad space.

Cons

- It's weird how everyone in the company constantly repeats how smart the CEO is - as he rants and raves during company meetings. - Moving from a video centric company into display seems like a "back to the future" strategy. - At the same time, the company is losing money and calls a down round a huge success in fundraising.

Struggling to mature as a company

Business Outlook

Pros

Tons of smart, talented and hardworking employees and a fast and loose work environment all add up to a generally favorable and enjoyable work environment.

Cons

The company has struggled to mature and transition from scrappy start up to global enterprise. Morals have steadily declined and have bread an underlying level of distrust between management and different teams. The "we're all family" philosophy has given way to a slave driving win by any-means-necessary atmosphere which has continuously diminished morale.
