      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work at Videology is the atmosphere and people. The motto here is that "people are our greatest asset" and it really couldn't be more true. The open layout and work hard, play hard attitude is what keeps the enviroment afloat. The industry is thriving and Videology is in the heart of it, which just makes it even more exciting to work here. I don't know many places that strive to keep their employees happy, the way Vid does. The constant surveys, happy hours and fun events always keep the employees engaged. You can even bring your dog into work every once in a while, and who doesn't love a puppy?!

      No 401k match , and being taxed on everything.

      Pros

      If you're on the right team, the hours are great and the stress is low. Everyone is smart and works hard.

      Cons

      Hard work is not rewarded appropriately. The frequent team restructuring does more harm than good.
