Unrealistic expectations in almost every initiative. Every project is rushed, half-done, and poorly done. They have startup syndrome where they think they can do anything by overworking people. The CEO throws temper tantrums and yells like a child. CEO enjoys humiliating staff in front of entire office. CEO frequently used offensive insults directly against staff in meetings. I can not recommend not taking a job here enough, by far the worst employer I've ever had. Work life balance is terrible. If you go home at 5-6, they'll find a way to fire you.
