snacks, co-workers, location and flexibility.

Cons

the lies, lack of direction and communication with employees, company vision is there but they have NO idea which direction to take as they grow and in the process treat people unfairly.

Pros

In addition to providing all the perks of a contemporary dev shop, Videri's office is a very collaborative and encouraging setting. The projects are quite cutting-edge and there is no shortage of innovation. As in any start-up, the intellectual investment here is rather steep, but the space to explore and create remains unmatched.

Cons

Nothing beyond the typical development issues that are found in any startup.
