Pros

Great Montreal location in Pointe St-Charles; only 9 minutes from metro station. Cool trendy neighborhood. Cool projects and challenges to work on. The technology is mesmerizing and we're currently working on a new platform and hardware. Got some expert help manage some of the bugs from the past

Cons

Some turnover, snacks aren't what they used to be but management visits the office now regularly. Only seems to be one customer. Not sure about other customers

Pros

Constantly improving processes and tools so just seeing how things are done is already a great learning opportunity. Engaging in that continual improvement is how to become a great dev. Good people, relaxed and accommodating atmosphere.

Cons

Good team. Used to be a great team, but turnover from poaching hit hard.
