fully remote at first, before they asked all employees to hybrid

Cons

Management was an expert in PUA. They pretended to appreciate your work when they were concerned about something. Then when opportunities arrived, they got rid of you immediately.

They just terminated many members of the team due to sales projections not being met. No stability at this company they hire and fire with no good reason. Place is going to go downhill. They terminated the one person who brought any moral to the office. Big mistake as employees will start jumping ship.
