Company culture is toxic

Pros

Nicely stocked kitchen. The salary is good.

Cons

Lack of transparency and communication. Verbal abusive and incompetent managers. Unchallenging work. Prevalent bro culture, and a uncomfortable place for girls to work here. High turnover rate. Projects are not managed well, there is no concrete plan (if there is, we employees are kept in the dark and don't know what is needed until the last minute).

Pros

Very competitive salary. Some smart and talented folks still working there Cool coffee machine.

Cons

Management is underwhelming. Priorities keep shifting. That would be fine if the reasons were communicated, but you can tell it is often improvisation. Projects are sometimes "urgent", yet they get parked or are never delivered. Extreme micromanagement. Being at your desk is more important than working smart. Waterfall methodology still reigns. Extremely slow release cycles. Not a good place to be if you are a women. It's like were back in the 50's. No leadership Exec team does not show much respect for their employees. Frequently diminishing employees in front of team. Some teams are openly favorited, without evidence that they perform well. Teams are completely siloed. No cohesion at all, no knowledge sharing. No company culture, except the blame culture. No company values. Very few healthy snack options.
