At times too many corporate driven initiatives/meetings pulling away from sales focus and keeping salesmen from outside sales calls.

They make it a point to fill as many positions from within as possible. Compensation is fair. Company is family friendly.

Cons

The recent economy downturn has had a definite effect, although the company is rebounding well. Headcount is on the low side, and people are working harder to compensate for it.
