Nope nope nope also nope. No don't do it.

Cons

Everything. First job I ever had where my mental health deteriorated to near hospitalization. It's extremely toxic. Don't recommend. Worst job I've ever had. I've seen garbage treated better.

Difficult, Top-Heavy Company, To Work For

Pros

Can meet some really good people. The "Family" for the most part are fantastic people.

Cons

Upper Management treated much better than store level associates and management. A lot of old-school type of managers. They have issues maintaining consistency with what the expectations are. Inconsistent with pay. Not enough opportunities for full time associates thus leads to a tough staffing and low morale.
