Pros

Older coworkers are great to work with who have been with the company during the golden years.

Cons

Jimmy's successors and the current company leaders don't care about the individuals as much and the corporate attitude is toxic. It's technically a union job but both the union and the company are negligent to employee's needs. They did the bare minimum to keep us safe and compensate us fairly during the pandemic. Pay raises fall behind inflation rates.
