Pros

This is a great company to work for. They brought me in with no trucking experience, and trusted in me to gain experience which i have obtained very well. Management is excellent, and really care about their employees!! That makes for a great work place. Regional work makes for perfect home time, and I love that.

Cons

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we could get paid more per mile. We are very under paid as truck drivers. Schedule fluctuation. Besides those 2 things I love working here.

I love to travel, see new places and visit with people. A daily story or joke of the day sets the pace for the day.

Cons

Some drives are all night. You sleep in the day. If you can't or don't want to drive at night-motor coach bus driving is not for you.
