Village provides an excellent environment to work in. I am part of a team and the team has high standards, all the way from cleaning crew, to mechanics, to drivers, to dispatch personnel, to management.

Cons

I don’t have much in cons. Maybe the toughest thing we are going through is great drivers retiring and hiring new/inexperienced drivers.
