A great industry very few dream of getting into

Pros

Great people to work with. Good for adventurous people who like beign around other people. Options to move throughout company in different roles/advancement.

Cons

As a driver, you will be working lots of weekends and overnight. As a mechanic or detailer, working outside of the normal 8-5 Monday-Friday is a necessity. Several positions within the company can be high stress especially for dispatch and the shop but for those who thrive in this environment, it's a very rewarding career.

The owner truly cares for the employees. Healthy business with growth on the horizon. Great people, great culture and many employees have been here for 20+ years.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but processes can still be streamlined. Will likely always be a work in progress.
