The company is committed to employee growth and development, offering ongoing training opportunities, clear career paths, and strong leadership support. I’ve personally grown both professionally and personally during my time here.

Cons

While individual departments work well together, there seems to be some disconnect between each department and working as a team.

When an employee can grow both personally and professionally at an organization, that is a win for everyone! We are always looking for ways to improve communication and work more cohesivley as a team. We recently implemented additional trainings to help with this, but are always open to more ideas!

Village has 5 core values: Ambitious, Tenacious, Selfless, Meticulous & Dependable. I see each of these in every employee I have gotten to know. The Village management team is there for us and supports the employees in whatever they may need. If you work here, you really are a part of the Village family!

Cons

There are many divisions within Village and multiple locations. It can be taxing to work together as a team and help others when you aren't versed in what they do.
