Village travel is a very ambitious and forward focus company to work for. As an employee I appreciate the opportunity to work for a company that works very hard to reflect where we have been but also keep an eye on the future and growth. With our core values it helps keep us on target and gives us measurable parameters for success. We work very hard at Village but also are able to enjoy friendships and community with our team.

Cons

The nature of our field is to be very busy at times that can be stressful and then have times where we are less busy. We try to balance these times but sometimes it is necessary to work extra hours in those really busy times.
