Management, and the vast majority of the staff, truly care about the individuals we serve. Great fun working with the individuals. Lots of opportunities for advancement for staff in direct care. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Culture change needed, redundant paperwork, high turnover. Technology is difficult to work with.
